About the Role
Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Responsibilites:
Provide an educated assessment
Offer an educated, experienced, and effective massage therapy treatment
Utilize a wide range of trained modalities such as but not limited to: deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, myofascial cupping, TMJ massage, prenatal massage, joint mobilization, active & passive stretch therapy, ROM testing, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish relaxation, lymphatic drainage, etc.
Recommend treatment plans along with offering homecare suggestions
Understands the value of working in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals
Maintain professional standards in client record keeping
Be an expert in customer service and always provide a hospitable experience to every client
Adhere to the regulatory body’s set of ethics and standards at all times
Be driven to increasing their client base and possibility already have a loyal client base to bring with them.
A passion for sports and sports rehabilitation
Are PROFESSIONAL in their dealings with fellow therapists/staff

Requirements
Graduated a 2200hr college diploma in Massage Therapy.
Valid membership & certification within Saskatchewan or Canada
Proof of personal and general liability insurance
Must be legally permitted to work in Alberta, Canada
Sincere sense of customer service
Self-motivated and self-driven
Communication fluently written and spoken in English
Previous industry experience is an asset
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C.
Valid CRC.
City of Lloydminster business license
Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Kinesiology, Sport and Exercise Physiology, Athletic Therapy or other related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with high performance sport background and/or sport massage experience.
